I joined TFC in 2024. It was an important step in my career. Despite the new environment and new challenges, the colleagues here at TFC gave me their full support, making me feel welcome. These two years working at TFC were a period of rapid growth for me. From the cautious trial-and-error in sample making, to coordination and quality control during mass production, and then to exploration during pre-research – every step was a challenge but full of rewards.
